Hey folks, I've got a mobo with the nforce2 chipset. I use the onboard lan. I installed Fedora Core 1. Ethernet was not working though. I then installed the NVidia nforce2 drivers from source. After a reboot, Kudzu (Fedora/RH hardware manager) then detected the ethernet card and configured it. It worked.
